Will this protect my ipod touch from screen breakage.

    that looks pretty protective, i'd say yes..no screen breakage

    from letting your iPod fall the screen wont break. I've already droped mine about 2. times an everything still works fine. the only thingthat you might notice after letting your iPod fall is that there are usually a few scratches more on the back side.

    . no way that will break unless you drop off the top of a building...I suppose I should be more over protective...I don't have a case on mine.
    my brother dropped mine (was in sweatshirt pocket and he was taking it off) it fell out chest height onto pavement.
    the other day it was on the counter and I accidentally swatted it off and went flying across the room onto the tile floor and into the wall...I am so lucky it didn't break...hardly a scratch on it. Well maybe a little dent on the corner of the metal.

    It's padded but it isn't solid. It sounds like it will do the job you need though. A bit bulky for me. I just keep mine in my pocket with the screen facing my leg. As for protection I have a speck seethru and BSE all bundled up in a velvet sleeve.
