I used to use my iPoT 2 banking, buying/selling stocks, and more... However, I wonder if Jailbreaking will cause systematic problems that provide ways to let hackers easier to attack my iPoT. Thank you!

No, your fine. Your iPod is really no different jailbroken or not other than you have root access to do whatever with it.

your iPod touch is only vulnerable to hackers if:
    a) You have OpenSSH installed AND
    b) You're on the same WiFi network as hackers AND
    c) If you don't change the root password AND
    d) They know your IP Address

    In other words, no.

    It could in a way...

If someone made an applications that went up on a repo disquised as another application... that stole your information, then yes.

Possibilities of someone doing that and then going on a trusted repo... close to none.

Thank you guys! I am still happy with my iPoT and do not have any plan yet to jailbreak it unless Jailbreaking iPoT 2 is getting less complicated than the new current one.
