    hello,
just wondering, will itunes backup /System/Library/CoreService/Springboard.app/N72AP.plist (or N7AP.plist i forgot)
    and will it backup /Applications/Preference.app/General.plist?
cuz i enabled native multitasking, wallpaper, and battery percentage and just wondering, if i restore my ipod, restore from backup and never jailbreak, will i have those features back again? cuz the secrets (not really

It'll back up general.plists (how some people with iPod Touch 4Gs have battery percentage showing), but not the N72AP.

    r u sure?
cuz theres no point of backing up general.plist without n72ap.plist... general.plist depends on the n72ap.plist...
is there anyway to back it up? or back it up and restore it manually without jailbreaking?

n72ap.plist holds all your multitasking tweaks. The general holds your preferences in your preferences app. You will not get multitasking back after you restore. There is no way to restore it without jailbreaking (lack of root access; what jailbreaking, by definition, does).

Okay, first: The Multitasking will not appear in the plist file.
Second: Only the battery, and homescreen wallpaper work.
And finally: If you save a backup on any Device, it might not have the multi-tasking part in it the plist file.

What do u exactly man by "multitasking will not appear in the file"? I have added it there and able to multitask
Second, so if I backup from iTunes, restore, and restore from backup, will it only restore the homescreen wallpaper and battery percentage features?
    Thabks

I mean that you see the Homescreen and battery thing in the lines of the plist file,
You do not see anything about mutlitasking. No. Like there was this other guy that had a thread saying he can enable homescreen and another thing without jailbreaking on iPhone 3g and ipt 2g. He made a backup and opened it with the iBackupBot. He got the homescreen and battery from that but no multitasking was found. And if you were able to do that, show me

Well I didn't say I'm able to do that but what I mean is that I'm currently jailbroken and can see the multitasking line of course cuz I added it by my hands -.-
