Hello, I rarely ask for help because I usually know what I am talking about but today, I need your help. Here is my story; 'So, I started to get an unresponsive screen in November and I thought it was my jailbreak so I restored. For a while, I didn't get an unresponsive screen until just recently and I think I know the problem. Back in October, my brother dropped my iPod touch in my front yard and it had a pretty fatal land (my front yard is full of exclusive rocks that no one has in my neighborhood).' 'When I picked it up, I noticed a small dent on it but I didn't know if it was a hole or dent. Know to think of it, I think my iPod touch screen has become unresponsive because I think the back didn't have a dent, but a hole causing dust to go through and make the internal parts dusty. Another thing that might have happened is that I have a little backlight bleed on the side going all the way down and I think dust entered through there causing it to have the same results as my first explanation.' My question is, will Apple replace it if it had dust damage (unresponsive screen, backlight bleed)?
