Today I tried updating my Ipod touch from 2.2.1 to 3.1.3 and I had my ipod jailbroken.A few minutes later I find out later that 3.1.3 is anti jailbreak and now my ipod is stuck at the connect to itunes logo.I tried connecting to itunes but nothing happens when I plug my ipod touch into my computer. It doesn't even show up on itunes.I have tried putting it in DFU mode but it still comes back to the connect to itunes logo. Will apple know if my ipod touch is jailbroken?Even if you can't get to the home screen?I heard that apple will know because of some kind of software. Is that true?

Do DFU correctly and shift restore to 3.1.2, then jailbreak with redsn0w or blackra1n.

I did do DFU and every thing else. After I do DFU a message comes up and says unknown device is plugged in to port.Nothing else happens after that.I can't restore it because my ipod wont show up on itunes.

Hmmm, try turning off the iPod, plug it into the computer(make sure it's still off), now hold the home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. Click Restore. Hopefully that will work.
