I have a linksys wireless router that is locked. I enter the pin for the router on my touch and it finds the router, but it won't connect to the internet. I found another router in my area and the touch works great, so it must be my router settings or something. Please help!

no spaces and it finds the router like the key was entered correctly. I've redone it a couple of times now.

what exact "key" are you using? and what level of encryption do you have on your router? if its WEP, you need to type out the 64 or 128 bit characters, not a password. so instead of typing "hello" as a password, you'd type 87BF8014F2 for 64-bit or 87BF8014F2949172F79965CB95 for 128-bit

I have the pass key that is number and letters. Not just a word password.

Try to put "$" before the WEP key.
