Well for some strange reason this morning i turned my ipod on to check Engadget and found the wifi wouldn't show our network. After respringing I turned it off and turned it on again using blackra1n (32Gb 3rd Gen Touch). Yet this time the WIFI and bluetooth were both grayed out. I tried restoring upwards to 3.1.3 (jailbreak is unimportant if WIFI doesn't work) and found still no luck. Is there anything I can do about this or do I have to send it back?

You could always try a network settings reset:

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

or failing that Reset All Settings
