wifi ssh

    my ipod is having well digitizer problems i have the wep key and everything but i need to put it on the ipod and i cant throught to ipod because my digitizer won't let me press join. i am trying to find a file where i can save the password as if i typed on my ipod. (or turn the wifi thingy sideways and i have tried sbrotator no luck)

    can you just type the password
    The default root/mobile password is alpine (unless you changed it)

    He's talking about SSH in his Wi-Fi password.

    And why would you even wanna use the internet if you screen does not respond to touch

    how would you browse, seems kinda pointless to me
    get you screen fixed is what you should do

    really fix the screen? i hadn't thought of that... (by the way thats SARCASM) i am getting a new digitizer my problem is there is no sensitivity right at the join button

    Well maybe you should wait or remove the password if you can.

    well see my dad turned off the internet connection and normally i just retype it but now i have to retype it

    Also you thread was not clear at all, as what the hell was going on, this is what you should have put at the start of the thread to begin with
    No there has been no way know of imputing the wi-fi network password via ssh, besides what is the point of using a device wih a partially working screen

    Well ask him to turn it on. If your not suppose to be on then don't be on.
