Hello all. I was having a problem with my iPod Touch 2G, where after a bit of usage, the wifi would just not work anymore. Instead of finding any networks, or even not finding any networks, there would just be a spinning wheel forever, as though it was searching for networks.

Someone had a problem in another thread about not finding networks, but I do not think that this is the same problem, as I've tried manually inputting the network settings, but it has not worked. I have done a few restores, and it's worked for about three days, and then started to deteriorate again and again.

I'm currently waiting for it to deteriorate again, so that I can bring it in to Apple (just restored after a jailbreak - don't want to accidently void my warrantee). But before I do, I'd just like to know if anyone else had this problem, and if they had fixed it without having to go to Apple.
