So I just upgraded my iPod touch firmware to 3.1.2 so that I could finally download the awesome apps at the app store only to find out that when my iPod restarted it wouldn't let me access safari, app store, or iTunes. What could be the problem help please! Thanks in advanced

Nope I never jailbroke it... it's frustrating me. Could it be because I only have the 2nd generation iPod?

Nope it should all work the same that would really annoy me aswell. The only thing i can think of would be to restore the whole thing if you can be bothered syncing everything again, but if not you should wait and see if anyone else knows what to do, ive never heard of an ipod doing that its very strange does the internet work for anything like youtube or maps?
