so here's my question, i remember on 3.0 if i access a free wifi on a certain mall some page will pop-up and you just have to click the accept button on their terms and agreement page.. then you can access the free wifi, but now, i tried it on ios4 but the terms and agreement page won't pop-up, therefore i cant connect to their wifi using iOS4, anyone knows how to fix this? or what should i enable or disable on my iDevice?
    thanks in advance..

I was just at the mall yesterday and i was wandering this same thing.. But i went into settings > Wifi > (W/e network) But on 3.x.x the terms&agreement came up for me right away. It took about 45 seconds for the page to come up for me.. So maybe you're just impatient
