Try going into Settings> Wifi> The press the blue button next to your network's name.

Then change the numbers in the DNS field to the same as those in the Router field (just delete everything that was in the DNS field).

There was nothing in the DNS's Field to start with so nothing to delete.

Same with the Router Field Nothing there either the only numbers that came up was the IP Address and Subnet Mask

Also where can i find the info for my Router's DNS #?

    Easy,

Something to consider when you bought your router (Quote from Wikipedia):

"The iPod touch is equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, like its counterpart, the iPhone, the iPod touch does not support the 802.1x authentication method, which makes connecting to some college and business networks impossible."

Did you make sure that you bought a b/g router instead of an .1x router? I've had the same problem when trying to connect to my high school's wifi because of the same issue.

Sorry for double posting, but I found a link that could help about the DNS... you need to know a little bit about Windows DOS to do this, but if you don't, you can follow the instructions on the page...

Hope it all works out for you!

what was the IP address? If it started with 169, then you didn't enter your WEP key in correctly

go into the wifi settings, select your network by clicking on the blue icon, and then click on Forget This Network. It should reset the settings and allow you to enter the WEP key again
