Your post isn't clear. You want to access your PC or your router?

If you want to connect to ur home network as if it was LAN, then get openvpn.

i mean that let say i am at some shopping malls or elsewhere, is it possible that i can connect to my home router connection just by typing in the ip address, router name and WEP code of it to access the wifi that my router provide. =)
