wifi problem with itouch

    when i am out & about i cant get wifi working, it says that wifi is connected, but when i try to use safari it says "safari cant open the page because it cant find the server" any one any ideas.

    This happened to me at an airport.

    It worked after the plane flight though. I'm not sure how it fixed itself.

    Maybe the wifi is 802.11n and an iPoT doesn't support that kind. Just a guess though.

    Just because it says its connected, doesn't mean you are.

    Some places require you register or pay a fee before you can connect.

    Even if you get an IP Address.


    And BTW. ITS AN iPOD TOUCH.

    An iTOUCH IS A KEYBOARD MADE 10 YEARS AGO.
