I've been trying to troubleshoot my wireless connection for a while here. I've been on about 5 different wireless networks. My touch is pretty much unusable on 2 of them, while the rest are decent. If anyone is willing, either pop up a terminal on the touch and ping your router, or ping your touch from one of your machines on the same network and see what kind of latency you get while the touch is idling vs load. Below is what I get pinging from my machine to my touch while the touch is idling: While loading a youtube video: Does everyone else see the same thing? I'm beginning to think this is just a power saving function of the 802.11b/g chip to reduce battery load when the connection is not being used.
