Recently my parents turned of the internet, I know this sounds pretty impossible but is there any app to get into a password protected wifi network without a password?

If it's Wep protection you have AirCrack and Airodump

But you would need a network card that could listen to packet!!!

And the iPod isn't going to do that !!!

Depending on the router when they are not home get onto the computer, go to the routers ip adress and change the password. If they have put a passoword on the routers config page you may be screwed. If they locked the windows password as well go to a friends and make a linux passoword cracker disc (don't remember) Thats all you can really do but I'm sure other members have advice.
EDIT: You posted before me, doh, forgot about aircrack, get a computer with drivers that will work with the card and sniff there password.

You can always take a guess.
Find out info on the family and make guesses.
Most WiFi Router passwords are something simple for the family to remember.
Thats how it is over where I live tho

As posted above, you can type the router's IP address into your computer's address bar, and change the router configuration. However, you cannot do this from the iPod, because it is not connected to the network.

you can tcpdump which is sniffing packets, and you can find passwords by doing that. other than that there is nothing else as far as i know!

Well I think this might work... If the routers out in the open run to it with a pin and push the reset button in for around 40 seconds to 1 minute now the router has all default config meaning your ip will not be blocked
