Wifi help fast!

    Wifi has been working for weeks... how come today, all of a sudden it does not. SAME location, same connection, same wifi. This is at my house and the ipod even says its connected will full bars, but for somereason, internet doesn't work, Ie youtube, safari, etc

    beats me... turn off your ipod then back on...

    see what happen when you cant jailbreak a new ipod? it fails uberly...

    it resets the connection on your ipod thats what it does

    You wouldn't want to actually try turning it off and on before you rushed here, eh?

    Sorry, aren't those the three steps of electronic failure?

    1) Check Settings
    2) Restart
    3) Power Cycle

    While we're on the topic, this is top of my list of FIX THIS PLEASE for apple. The first gen handles connections so much better, even if the signal (I haven't tested it myself) doesn't go as far. I hope they can do it with a firmware upgrade. Sooner would be better!

    I agree, this never happened on my 1g. What's the deal with the 2g, can a software update actually address this?
