I have a jailbroken 2G iPod Touch on firmware 3.0. I recently bought a new router (D-Link DIR-615 Wireless N). I set it up and got it working with my desktop PC (wired) and my laptop (wireless).

When I try to connect with a dynamic (DHCP) IP, I get an IP Adress, subnet mask, and dns (no router) and it shows the wifi bars in the upper left corner. When I launch safari, the screen dims and shows the loading symbol and "Connecting..." in the middle of the screen.

I can get it to work fine if I use a static IP but every little while it stops working and I have to change the IP or turn on/off the wifi.

    Any help would be appreciated.
