When I am in range of free wifi my pod touch will find it through the settings and give a three bar signal strength, but then when I try to access the internet it says "Safari Cannot Open the Page because it is not Connected to the Internet." Only seems to happen with free wifi that does NOT require a password. Free wifi in hotels etc that they isue you with a password for is Ok though.

    Over to the experts....

This is probs due to the iPod not being able to find an IP address, this is the WIFI's fault not your iPod, just make sure it works on another network, if it does, its not your iPod
