I am beyond confused on how to set up the wifi on my home wireless.
I have all of these ip addresses and DNS numbers and the WEP code. What I don't understand where to enter these numbers on the ipod touch. I think I can figure out parts, but where do enter a WEP code?
I have tried everything. Please help.

Why not just select your home Wifi by choosing its name.
Anyway the wep code will be entered when it asks for your PW

Exactly what mattym says, i suggest using WPA encryption thou, WEP is very poor

It doesn't ask for a password. I keep getting the cannot find server error referenced in other posts. The only place it asks for a password is in Settings Wifi under http proxy if I select authentication

Are you using a Mac or a PC? If its a PC what kind of router is it? Sounds to me like you need help setting up your wireless router. If so you should call the number on the back of the router or the box it came in or go to there site and learn how to use it. But if you have a mac I can tell you how to set it up real quick.

I don't think its the router since our laptops work fine. It is my lack of understanding which numbers go into the Touch and where.
