Wifi bars will not change.

    The top left of my ipad 2 and everones elses device has wifi bars. My wifi bars, no matter what I do, will not change with any winterboard theme. The status bar at the top of my ipad is black while the wifi bars in the top left are white. All three bars are white and they are not indicating any wifi signal even though I am right next to my router and my internet is perfect.

    White means full, they turn grayish when they aren't filled.

    They still will not change if I apply a theme to them Via winterboard.
