    All of them were pulled..

They were pulled for using "Private APIs"... which is interesting, because there were a few hundred others that were in the App Store for a while and wasn't pulled until then. All giving the same reason.

The creator of eWiFi has released his app on Cydia [Oh, the joy of Jailbreaking ]

I'm no programmer but couldn't they just make the apis public and then it would be approved?

I believe they have to be Apple Approved APIs. the thing is, they were, until Apple scrapped it and every app that used it
