so, I spilled water all over my ipod touch today. I got it all dried out, and it's working fine now that it has been restored and all that. the only problem is that the wi-fi is no longer working. when I go to my settings to try and connect to wi-fi, it just says "no wi-fi". It doesn't let me search for connections or anything. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had a similar problem ,if anyone knows of any solutions, or if this happened due to water damage, and i'm out of luck. thanks!

Maybe the water is still inside, affecting the wifi antenna. My advice is to turn off the device, and put it in a container of rice overnight to try to drain out the remainder of the water inside.

    Best of luck.

If you have warranty and the sensor(headphone entry)is white get repacement..If is red(or pink)you're stuck,Apple don't even fix or repair water damaged devices
