Why wont this work!?!?

    I have a fresh restore of 2.0.

    I also have a pwned version of 2.0

    Im using WinPwn

    I pwned iTunes

    Its in DFU mode

    It doesnt work. I always get either Error 1600 or 1601.


    Ive been trying to do this ALL DAY. My iPod WILL NOT RESTORE TO A CUSTOM 2.0!!!!!!!


    SOMEBODY HELP ME BEFORE I KILL SOMEONE.

    Okay, you need to uninstall iTunes and download one of the previous versions somewhere on the web. Then go and set it all up and it should work.

    why u wont restore to 2.0 ? restore to a custom jailbroken 2.0.1 - it's a lot better and works fine.

    I'm not 100% sure but I would do that if I were you. Even if it doesn't work, you don't lose anything, just time!

    The only reason I can think of it not working is if Apple changed the whole software structure of iTunes like they did with the iPhone 2.0.1 but that would take a LONG time.

    that didnt help.
    maybe......
    im pretty much SURE that wont work.
    I think ill try that.
