Seriously guys!!! Stop bumping old threads from like February about tethered jailbreak and QuickFreedom, they ar all ancient now!!!

Dev team released the F*ing redsn0w!!! just use that and you'll be fine.

    Geez!

Sorry Mods, If you think this is pointless please delete it but I just couldn't stand people bumping old threads when there is a nice sticky about redsn0w!
If you could, can you do something about those bumped threads? or at least seperate ancient tethered jailbreak and unofficial jailbreak tools from the official redsn0w by making a subforum?

Thanks for reading and wasting your time for me.

Please don't make pointless threads like this. People will bump threads still. You should just report them whenever you see them bump a thread, and the mods will deal with them.

with an iron stick, this thread is pointless. Bumping is used to bring back a thread that the user thinks attention should be drawn to. Why don't you just pm some guys that keeps bumping instead of opening up a new thread.

The threads that get bumped have old info, usually for old firmwares. If somebody reads it, they could possibly screw up their iPod.

    True, man! True!

I was just sick and tired of people complaining that Quickfreedom screwed their computer and or iPod when they could use much more reliable redsn0w.

The new people here seek for help on the first page that appears on the forum and I'm pretty sure countless people were screwed during the jailbreak just because they were clueless that Quickfreedom, even though posted on the first page of the forum, is from like February.

It would be nice to have a bigger flashier reminder of the current jailbreak methods instread of just a little sticky or have a more effective way to notify the users of possible bumped threads before actually reading and checking all the post dates.

And again, sorry if this bothers you guys and if this does more harm than good please get rid of this thread mods. thanks
