I think you guys are forgetting the main point, that snapdragon has dragon in the name. Dragon > Quadcore

Snapdragon S4 beats the Tegra 3 in GPU performance, power consumption, and single/dual threaded applications. In heavy multi-threaded applications the Tegra 3 will perform better, yes, but in general usage the SnapDragon S4 is very good.

The Dual-Core Exynos in my Galaxy S II is smooth enough, especially in Ice Cream Sandwich. Battery life is better than my iPhone 4 ever got as well - and the customization of Android is great.

Sounds good. I am planning on waiting to see what the iPhone 5 holds but I may switch to android if iOS isn't updated significantly.

My friend just switched to android because ios just hasn't done anything revolutionary in so long. He said if they would have made the screen bigger or changed the os up he would of stayed

Good luck. iOS will never see the UI customization (or customization at all) that Android has. I hope iOS 6 brings at least something more than rows of icons to iOS's home screen.

By the way, it's not the iPhone 5. The iPhone 4S is the 5th iPhone. I do believe the next iPhone will be called "The New iPhone", just like the new iPad is called "The New iPad". Sorry about that - I'm OCD regarding that stuff.

I will personally switch back to iPhone myself if the next iPhone has a larger screen (4" or more) and a more customizable home screen (with at least MIUI-like widgets). Otherwise, my Galaxy S II will last me another year easily.

Hey, maybe it'll be updated with LTE and be called the iPhone 4G :)

Better to have a great dual-core than an average quad-core, otherwise you'll have horrible battery life.

Well seeing how the Tegra 3 actually has 5 cores and great battery life, what?

Dual-Cores usually have better battery consumption than Single-Cores. Quad-Cores are probably the same, especially with Tegra 3's ultra low-power core which becomes the only core in use while the device is sleeping, listening to music, or sometimes playing videos/movies.
