I understand why only certain filetypes can be attached, but why not .plist files? They can't harm anything, right? And they are used a lot with iPods and iPhones. I'm not really complaining, I'm just wondering why because I know there must be a good reason that I can't think of.
So, why aren't .plist files allowed as attachments?

I'm not quite sure why not, but it's easy enough to just stick them in an archive and upload that.

I realize that, but it is also easy enough to just upload it without doing that... oh well I just thought I would ask, thanks for the reply!

because it's a format that compresses well and there's no reason why people can't zip it before uploading it.
