ok the title may be misleading, but I couldnt think of a better one. heres my problem:

whenever I install any wallpaper-modding app (vwallpaper, mwallaper, et - not wallpaper changers like summerboard or customize though) it kills my ipod. the reason I originally had to restore to 1.1.4 is mwallpaper messed up my ipod, then vwallpaper messed it up twice. is there a fix for all these issues? I love those apps but its not worth it if it is going to kill my ipod.

    lol.

its usually a problem where no matter what I do I can only touch things on the springboard, but not inside apps. normally when I get that problem a few reboots get it working, but for the [something]wallpaper problems it never works.

also I've gotten the spinning wheel of death a few times too.

this happened to me when i had stacks on 1.1.4. I think its caused by the ipod thinking the springpoard.plist is corrupt or it actually is currupt.

the only way i know how to get rid of it is reboot a million times or restore(sorry)
