I was just wondering, when you use sn0wbreeze to create a custom ipsw firmware, so you can jailbreak ect., wouldn't this be illegal because it is using apples software?

Jailbreaking isn't illegal. It's your device and you can do anything you want to it.

No its not illegal because it just patches and changes things in the firmware (custom) and if you paid for the firmware (if its the ones that costs money) you can do what you want with it.

T&Cs aren't legally binding as far as I know.

You just cant re-distrobute the software after you'v modified it, but you can tell others how to.
