Have you downloaded BSD Subsystems or Cydia? You need one or the other for most apps to work. BSD is easier to instal, but I prefer Cydia which is another Package Manager like Installer and also installs it's own version of BSD

i have BSD Subsystem 2.1 installed also i got installed
    tweaks BSD Subsystem 2.0 Termfix
    Also i can't unstall stuff.

And where can i download Cydia?
i Know it comes with liberate+
But i used ZiPhone because the other way would always screw up for me.

If you have BSD you don't need Cydia neccessarily, but I do highly recommend it. Add this source: apptapp.saurik.com and refresh. Go into All Packages and scroll down to the C's. It will replace BSD. There are 2 pretty divided camps on Cydia. I think its much better and more stable and also the package manager is much faster than Installer. It's pretty new and you can't add sources yet, so there aren't a lot of packages yet. When you install Cydia, it moves your apps, fonts, etc. to the larger partition. You need to install "Fake BSD" so apps think the old BSD is present.

If your interested in Cydia do a quick search on it and you'll find a wealth of information.

thanks allot for not telling me how to reinstall installer. But i found away to get unstaller to work again i just
click BSD Subsystem 2.0 Termfix and unstall then pushed
    add to Queue
and i gess it stopped the program from running so i was able to unstall it now every thing works.

thanks for the source on where I can get Cydia
