A few days ago, I was being stupid and deleted some stuff and had to restore.

Ever since that, I have had weird problems

+Connect to itunes to activate push

This only happens and iPhone and iPads, why my touch?

    +Cannot jailbreak via jailbreakme

I have heard of others having this problem, but never I

    +Backups result in White Icons

White icons are on almost every icon when I restore via a backup of the same firmware. I have restored 29 times in the last 3 days. Can someone explain all these weird occurances?

    29 TIMES in 3 DAYS?

Words of Advice: DO NOT restore from a backup, set up as a new iPod.

When you restored, did you use your old backup? If you did, some stuff from the jailbreak might still be on your iPod... For example, the patch that was downloaded to close up the hole caused by PDFs might have still transferred over. If that did, then that's why jailbreakme doesn't work.

Saurik released the patch himself and everyone, including myself, installed it. Lots of things carry over after a restore, this might be one of them.

edit: My fault, didn't read your post thoroughly enough... Sorry

jailbreakme should still work though, unless that got patched somehow.

No. And I used a backup name iPawd "hint" which had the pdf patch and I could still jailbreak.
