why does the itunes store look like this on my 2g ipod touch?

    Oh, I believe it's because of a theme you're using. It's not really anything to worry about.

    This is most likely a theme from winterboard, just turn of all your themes, them turn them back on one by one if you have more than one set, of course.

    i turned off the theme i had and i still have this

    any more suggestions what is causing this? when i turn on swap mode it works fine

    Try doing a hard reboot. If it still stays like that, try uninstalling some themes or tweaks from Cydia that might be causing the problem. If that still doesn't fix the problem, you should probably restore.
