Not sure how to describe it, but you know when you press the home button and the app closes with a animation? When I press the home button to quit any app, it just closes without any animation.

Anyone know why this is happening? I thought I had too many apps, so I removed almost all my apps except about 4 and it still does it.

The SAME EXACT THING is happening to me. I think it's a problem of too low memory, but sometimes with even 50 MB of free memory this still happens. And it sucks because instead of taking a second to close an app, the app freezes for several seconds before closing.

They close like that in 3.0, I believe.

If you have backgrounder running, then the close animation won't play.
I don't think 3.0 is that bad. If it is that life-ruining, just restore.
And no, they shouldn't close like that in 3.0.
