Yes that's right, why do you still jailbreak?
I know, sounds like a stupid question, but who knows why some still do.
I still jailbreak for being able to add themes and a few other tweaks that make me a happy [J]Man.

I can see why most iPhone users Jailbreak. Not sure about iPod Touch.

Aside from Theming for Both. And in most cases, Cracked Apps.

    Why would iPhone users jailbreak?

And I'm not sure why people still jailbreak. I used to but then relized the pain and hassle of constantly restoring and deleting everything. I'm just fine with my 2.1. The apps are great and at reasonable price. The only app that I even really used was MxTube. That is something I miss

Theming, Emulators, Strings Editing, and SpringBoard addons.

I'm in love with my themes, emulators, QuickGold, and coming soon... stacks.

People with iPhones jailbreak for all of the above and that they can unlock their phones, which is a necessity for many owners.
