This is a tethered jailbreak. Look up the meaning of tethered and you should understand. It's not perfect.

because the jailbreak is still tethered so far, which means that they havent found a way into tricking the ipod into booting into the jailbroken filesystem on its own, yes everyone has this problem, and if you had searched you would know that

Happens to everyone's iPod. As Mr Monopoly said, it's tethered which means every time you need to completely turn off your iPod (sleep is fine) you need to run the boot script. If you take a look at the front page there's more than a few tutorials on how to boot.

Tbh... people who don't understand the jailbreak, shouldn't jailbreak.

But all your answers are up there ^

If it's a problem for you... restore back to non-jailbroken state and wait longer.

oh dear, yes, tethered jailbreak and yes. If you didnt know that you were goin to have to do that you shouldnt have even done it. You clearly didnt read and used a GUI jailbreak without knowing what was exatly happening.
