I have a 16gb 3gs that came with 3.1.2, im pretty sure its the new bootrom or whatever but why is it that no one is making a jailbreak and i must wait for 4.0? i ran forecast and for tethered it said "maybe, if refurbished" should i try with snowbreeze?

You can jailbreak 3.1.2, but you'll be tethered.

That means you'll have to plug it into the computer and run a program to turn it on.

howto check bootrom: Check at the 3rd, 4th and 5th numbers in your serial number. If your serial number digits are "939" OR LOWER, its OLD bootrom. If you're serial number digits are "940" or HIGHER, its NEW bootrom.

    if old bootrom sn0wbreeze it
