Why are they disallowing us to leak the 3.0 firmware?

    This website doesn't exactly act in Apple's best interests.
    I am NOT condoning what they're doing, but I'm very curious why they're not allowing the lucky few to leak it.

    If you had read the SDK developers agreement you would know why but it doesn't take reading that to know why. It's common sense.....

    And jailbreaking doesn't break the legal terms of use you sign?

    Is that because it prevents douche bags from easily acquiring firmware they don't know how to use? Isn't the fact that it violates the developers agreement with Apple enough? It also keeps us from having to fix even more issues from ignorant users who try and install it without actually knowing what is involved.

    Why do people think it's illegal? All you have to do is type a few words in Google and you'll get your answer.
    Unless you don't know how to do a decent search in Google.
