I have a few questions about this new ipod I have brought and would realy appreciate any help given as I am a complete newb and feel very dissapointed with it.
I have been using a £20 - 512mb mp3 player for awhile now which is as easy as drag and drop the mp3s and play. I decided to treat myself to a 32gb ipod touch gen 2 which cost me a whopping £289 which is mega bucks to me especialy for a mp3 player. Anyways here goes my questions
1, I take it I have to use this itunes to transfare my stuff which is getting frustrating for me as if I add an album over which has a bonus track it will put the bonus track in another folder on its own and I want to know how to add my own personal custom tracks to a folder
2,How do I get the album covers to show up ?(believe me I have tried for hours )
3,can you get it to play the next album after the one is playing has finished without taking it out your pocket to do this manualy.
I am basicaly after a newb faq which tells me what to do as I have tried google and havent found much so thats why I am here posting. Thanks for any help

You can manage all your music manually in iTunes if you check that box. Songs and such can be put in any folder you like. Also try using a smartplaylist and putting whatever you like in it. Artwork can be dragged into the artwork window and it will apply it. Make sure you have the artwork window opened.

    1. I guess in the iTunes library, you could change the bonus tracks details (album, band etc) to be exactly the same as the rest of the album details.
    2. in iTunes, Advanced - Get Album Artwork.
    3. Make an on the go playlist with the albums you want in it

Thanks for all the replys guys and have managed to sort most of it. I am doing the covers another way by adding artwork in the get info section but it seems to have gone to pot after i did a few. Have the covers got to be a certain size?.
    Thanks again guys
