Why are some of my apps installing, but not even ending up on my home screen?

    sometimes installer forgets to respring. just reboot your ipod or force it to respring.

    Hold the power button until it tells you to slide it closed. Then turn it back on.

    So rebooting and "re-springing" are the same thing?

    no to respring is not turing your ipod all the way off
    like when you change themes

    How does one re-spring? Is there a way to do it other than changing themes?
