If so, what color are you going for? I am going to do the White so it won't show any scratches as bad as the black one. But my question is, is the front lip that comes up over your iPod on the screen, is it grey.. or black. I can't really tell. I am glad it's not white or some other obnoxious color. I like the front to be all black. But yea, again, I figure the white one will show less scratches/finger prints.

Anyone got one already? How do you like?

I was looking at the Moonsicle White, but I think I'll probably end up getting the Moonrock Grey since I want some color instead of something mainly white or black.

I would advise against getting a candyshell. If they're anything like the older ones, they're not going to stay in good shape for very long.

I agree they will not stay in good shape for very long. The case is great, but there is one thing that will turn you away from it. The little strip near the bottom right under the home button tends to either snap off, or bend. Mine actually started to bend upwards a little. It was weird. I have no clue if it is covered under Speck's limited warranty. You could contact customer service and ask them if it is since it is a known issue.

Honestly, other than that, i find it to be a good case. Nice hard backing.
I would personally go with the purple and green version on Apple's website.

Anyone else have any positive or negative experiences with the Speck Candyshell case?

This. The bottom bar thing on mine snapped after a week, and the supposedly 'fused' rubber is starting to peel off. Got a good crack on the top too.

Speck will replace the case if this happens. I've had my iPhone 3G case replaced twice without any problems. All you need is proof of purchase.

even if it doesnt, do what shizermonkey did.
get it replaced. keep a receipt. contact customer service and they should replace it for you because they come with a one year warranty.

i never had problem with the inside peeling but the bottom part snapping was common.

recently received a batwing black case for my cousins iPod touch 4g. It looks that Speck has listened to the customers and fixed the sagging problem. I'll post a review soon.
