Who hates it when you hear people say retarded things like "jailbreak voids warranty for ever!" and you correct them and they try fighting you? I go through this everyday, I always out smart them. They fight hard though... Who else goes through this on a daily basis? I mean, it's fine if you don't know, but when I correct you and you fight me... thats just retarded.

Recently, an "apple employee who was all so smart" on facebook was fighting with me that the jailbreak voids warranty forever (where I got the example) and she tried hard, I was lmao'in when I finally got her to believe me that a restore brings back warranty by my friend who she trust's told her I was 100% correct with everything I said and she was 100% wrong. She quickly stopped replying

Apple employees... what do most of them really do? Sit there and give false info to customers? I always see them do this, and I correct them in front of the customer.

If they don't want to jailbreak, it's their choice.

I can't believe anyone actually cares or bothers to argue about it.

I don't really care. Let them be ignorant if they want to be.

As for the employee, they are paid to lie.

    Oh the irony.

Jailbreaking does void the warranty forever. You can't void the warranty for a limited period of time.

The difference is that when you restore, you cover up the traces of jailbreaking and by taking it back to the store, you are essentially committing fraud. It may not seem like it, but from any legal standpoint, that's exactly what it is.

I know, I don't know how to word it. But this is what I mean. I normally tell people exactly this, "It voids warranty, but if you just restore and take it to apple they will never know, so who cares."
