i recently jailbroke my iPod and enabled multitasking and wallpapers, every so often about 5 white apps and the Nike+ app appear when there not meant to be on my springboard. The white apps are ipodout, adsheet, demoapp, trustme and websheet. Also they go temporarily when i reboot my iPod touch 2g mc but always come back. BTW i cant delete them like i would a normal app. Can some one help me get rid or help me hid them please and thanks.

    Do not delete them

Your iPod needs them and its best to keep them. Respringing hides them aswell as rebooting
