It depends on the way you will be using it. With the App Store being released, you may have many applications that take up room, then again, you may not. It depends on how many applications you have, and considering the size of applications is usually small, this shouldn't be a problem.

It also depends on how much media you have. Are you going to be using the iPod touch for let's say, 100 songs? If so, you'll want to get the 8GB iPod touch, which I have. Are you going to be having lots of videos on it, or TV episodes/movies? If you're using it for a few movies or TV episodes, I'd recommend the 32GB iPod touch. If you're just going to be the average user that has around 750 to 1000 songs, not many photos, and a few videos, the 16GB iPod touch is for you.

It depends on how many GB's of media you have. Go into iTunes and look how many gigs of music, movies and photos you have. Choose accordingly. If you feel you need the 32GB, then go for it.

Yeah, good point. Also, consider the fact if you're going to be placing all of this media onto the iPod touch when you purchase one.

On a side note, I would consider purchasing an iPod touch in the near future, as there's speculated price reductions coming on the iPod touch because of the release of the 3G iPhone.

    I have a 32GB.
I previously owned a 16GB, I believe 32GB's better, takes your stress off a little.
16GB's just not enough for me, but yet again, thats just my opinion.
It just depends on your interest in music and videos and all.
Are you a person who would infest your iPod with full albums, massive videos and about 42% of songs that are on your playlist you dont even know?
    I sure am.

I could never get a 32Gb or 16gb, I would be too stressed that it would break.

I'm a big fan of music and movies. Right now I have the 4GB Nano and it got full pretty fast, plus to watch videos it's better to have a bigger screen.
Are the price gonna go down anytime soon ??

    Thank you
