I used Ziphone to Jailbreak 1.1.4 on March 3rd, I am still on that same firmware I haven't had to restore once. As said above, it isn't the program it is how you prepare before the jailbreak (dfu recover so the iPod is clean) and then install the correct sequence of programs after for a stable system like using boss tools to move apps. Incidently my iPhone was also done with Ziphone and works great and both devices browse the net from my router fine.

    QUESTION:
Here in Dubai, most of the iPhone are unlocked when the shops sell it to customers. And all of them are unlocked by ziPhone. Can I restore again in order become a "lock" phone again, and then unlock it by iLiberty+? I don't want to think about the bootloader, though.
