Sennheiser IE8 are supposedly really good. Monster Turbines Pro Gold/Copper are supposed to be really good too. Copper is better than Gold (for some reason), but Gold is already really good. I'm not sure which ones have or don't have the controller though.

Shure, Ultimate Ears, and Sennheiser make really good in-ear buds

I have Sennheiser CX300 with my iPod and i love it. But it does not have micro and controller in-line so i cant make / recieve call with it and none of Lady Gaga heartbeats, Sennheiser IE8, Monster Turbines Pro Gold/Copper have that

Hm.. not sure than. I know the Sennheiser CX980's have volume control, but I'm not sure if it doubles as a mic as well.. Head on over to www.head-fi.org and ask there. There will be a lot of people there that can assist you with this.

    1) You are probably better off buying a seperate mic/controller and eaphones
    2) It depends entirely on you budget.
