You shouldn't have done that; Cydia automatically relocates the Applications, etc to another folder on the bigger parition, so you just wasted 1.5 gigs of music space.

Anything in /var is the big parition, not /var/mobile like on 1.1.3/4 or root on 1.1.1/2.

Why does it matter? And what does adding to G's to one accomplish.

    i don't get it.?

FYI: there are 2 partitions. /private/var/mobile is the bigger one (media) /private/var/root and everything else belong to the OS partition (smaller, usually 500MB).

/var is the large parition, and every thing else is the OS. Get it straight, guize. Why would moving /Applications to /var/STASH put it on the larger parition if only /var/mobile was the big parition?
