Where to SSH .app folders

    Okay so I downloaded a app and there was a folder called blah.app.
    Where do I put it? Just in the Application folder? I tried that but it wont appear?
    is it var/stash/applications.*****/IN HERE?

    just put it in the applications folder (should appear on the root of the device when u SSH) and respring, then it should show up on springboard.

    Customize app, I know I know, it doesn't work on the 2G but put that aside;
    There's the Customize.app folder, where do I SSH it to?

    I did that....whoops lol i missed, instead of putting it in root/applications i missed and dropped it just in /root . Sorry!

    what should i do if it doesn't show up on the springboard? cause i did what you said but it doesnt appear... though the iPod recognizes the app (appears in "poof!" for example, the app for hiding icons...)
