Where to find jailbroken apps in WinSCP?

    Where can I find my jailbroken apps in WinSCP.
    (These apps are from Cydia and Installer)

    ... thats the directory! in the folder applications, there will be all of your apps

    cydia apps in /applications
    it's like "Bossprefs.app" f.e.
    appstore apps in .. I've forgotten, maybe private/var/mobile/Media/Applications/XXXX-XXX-X..?

    Yes Jailbroken apps from Cydia are in /Applications , which is a link to /private/var/stash/Applications.xxxxxx . You should see all your jailbroken ones in there, for example, you should see Cydia.app, Installer.app, and Winterboard.app if you have it installed. I don't know whether Installer Apps are in there as well. App Store apps are in /private/var/mobile/Applications/ , located in its own folder with a name of xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx , x being a random mixture of numbers and letters.
