Where is wep key stored when you ssh into your ipod??

    someone found them a while ago, but he refused to release it until a developer helped him make an app

    i forget where this folder is but its probably under preferences com.apple..whatever
    you could probably ed it and find out hte password

    I don't know but I think somewhere under wifi-settings (Or prefrences.app), because when you go there on your iPod, you iPod has to recall the WEP (Or WPA) key that you entered in order to connect to the network.

    Ok, I didn't find this, and couldn't find it on my iPod. So it's probably fake.

    did somebody try:

    ~/Libray/Preferences/com.apple.preferences.plist

    i think that holds all the stuff for wifi, there may alternatively be a com.apple.preferences.network.plist file or something like that. NOTE: you wil have to convert the binary to text to read them.
