Where is the Numerical Battery Charge % Left Indicator Option for iPod Touch?
I totally didn't notice it was missing in the final version!
Some people have it though. I am at a loss.
Im going to guess you had the numerical from SBSetting (jailbroken)
I just upgraded and I see 88% next to he battery... it never changes lol
its a leftover from the jailbreak / backup
Did they remove it from the ipod touch? or is there a settings toggle?
I scoured the settings app and couldn't find any toggles. sad, I really liked that feature, maybe I should 'Downgrade" to GM
My only guess it that it was a leftover setting from a jailbreak.
Yes, if you upgrade from a jailbroken installation to 3.0 and you had the numerical battery enabled, it will stay enabled in 3.0. For everyone else, just wait until the jailbreak is released by the iPhone Dev Team. Please Register or Log in to view images

nope, numerical battery was one or the other, this was both icon and percent at the same time, and it didn't have a % symbol. Close but no cigar.
Edit: I also didn't have a jailbroken 3.0! I did a full restore when going to 3.0 GM from 2.2.1.
GM IS the same as the public release.
